   ODESSA — Sandra Coles, 61, of May, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1999, at
                          Medical Center Hospital.
    Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rose Hill Cemetery
       with the Rev. Jack Watkins officiating. Arrangements by Sunset
                           Memorial Funeral Home.
                 She was born in Monahans. She was Baptist.
    SURVIVORS: Husband, Virgil Coles of May; sons, Paul Anthony Coles of
      Wolfe City and Christopher Wade Coles of Goldwaithe; mother and
   stepfather, Ina Mae and Hank Weldy of Odessa; sisters, Linda Myers and
           Nancy Gray, both of Gardendale; and six grandchildren.
                                      
                                Terri Corbin
       ANDREWS — Terri Lee Kuykendall Corbin, 39, of Andrews, a
     waitress, died Monday, Aug. 2, 1999, at Westwood Medical Center in
                                  Midland.
   Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with
                          Bob DuPont officiating.
      Burial will be at Andrews North Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett
                               Funeral Home.
   She was born in Pueblo, Colo., and had lived in Andrews for 22 years.
    SURVIVORS: Husband, Glen Corbin of Andrews; son, Danny Kuykendall of
    Odessa; daughter, Teffanie Campbell; brother, Eddie Elkins of Yukon,
               Okla.; and sister, Cynthia Wright of Andrews.
                                      
                                Emma McCann
    CISCO — Emma Lu McCann, 45, of Odessa, a house parent for Texas
   Mental Heath Mental Retardation, died Sunday, Aug. 1, 1999, in Odessa.
    Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Oakwood Cemetery with
                     the Rev. Charles West officiating.
                  Arrangements by Kimbrough Funeral Home.
                  She was born in Odessa. She was Baptist.
    SURVIVORS: Husband, Wayland McCann of Odessa; grandmother, Ruby Cree
                             Voltko of Odessa.
                                      
                                Alberta Sims
     ABILENE — Alberta Mae Sims, 83, of Abilene, a homemaker, died
                 Monday, Aug. 2, 1999, at a local hospital.
    Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel
   with the Rev. James Taliaferro officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood
   Memorial Park. Arrangements by Elmwood Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
     She was born in Auburn, Neb., and moved from Odessa to Abilene in
                           1990. She was Baptist.
      SURVIVORS: Son, Richard Sims of Pecos; daughter, Becky Davis of
    Abilene; sister, Connie Gerdes of Auburn, Neb.; seven grandchildren;
                       and seven great-grandchildren.
                                      
                              Juan Talamantes
   MONAHANS — Juan Antonio Talamantes, 51, of Monahans died Monday,
                 Aug. 2, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
   Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Johns Catholic Church
   with the Rev. Roberto Alvarado officiating. Burial will be at Monahans
                             Memorial Cemetery.
    He was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, and had been a long time
                   resident of Monahans. He was Catholic.
     SURVIVORS: Wife, Carmen Talamantes of Monahans; son, Jose Antonio
      Talamantes of Monahans; daughters, Xochitl Talamantes, Carolina
     Talamantes and Abigail Talamantes, all of Monahans; mother, Maria
    Talamantes of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico; brothers, Jose Luis Talamantes
     and Manuel Carrasco, both of Juarez, Mexico, and Giberto Madrid of
       Monahans; sisters, Berta Talamantes and Rosario Fiero, both of
                                 Monahans.
                                      
                                 Ava Wagner
    McCamey — Ava Ruth Wagner, 55, of McCamey died Tuesday, Aug. 3,
          1999, at the McCamey Hospital. Services are pending with
                       Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
