Fate Chandler ABILENE — Fate Milford Chandler, 83, a heavy equipment operator, died Friday, Aug. 13, 1999, at his Odessa residence. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Homes Chapel of Faith. Burial will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Homes. (Al) Glaspy, 75, a salesman, died Friday, Aug. 13, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Eric Seay officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Clarksville and was Baptist. Inez Hubbard ODESSA — Inez Marie Hubbard, 79, a homemaker, died Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999, at her residence. Services will be at 4 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the Frank W. She was born in Santa Anna and had been a resident of Odessa since 1945. She was Baptist. Manuel Sanchez IMPERIAL — Manuel L. Sanchez, 48, a plant operator, died Sunday, August 15, 1999. Rosary will be said 7 p.m. Monday, and Mass will be celebrated 3 p.m. Tuesday, at the Old Imperial Community Center. Burial will be at the Imperial Cemetery Tuesday with the Rev. Robert Chukwu officiating. He was born in Sinton and was a lifelong resident of Coyanosa. Mozelle Whittaker ODESSA — Mozelle Hamilton Whittaker, 83, a civil servant died Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999, at a local nursing home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 1999, at Sunset Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. She was born in Frankston.
