She was born in White County, Ill., and moved to Odessa in 1953 from Hannibal, Mo. SURVIVORS: Husband, Elmer E. Stump of Harrisburg, Ill.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Marcela Hernandez ODESSA — Marcela Hernandez, 75, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, Aug. 20, 1999, in Odessa.
