Jackie Byrd CRANE — Jackie Don Byrd, 58, of Crane, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1999, at his residence. Nora Wagner ANDREWS — Nora Frances Wagner, 91, of Andrews, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1999, at Permian General Hospital. Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at McNett Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Burns officiating. Burial will be in Andrews West Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. She was born in Waldron, Ark., and moved to Andrews in 1989 from Seminole. She was a member of the Assembly of God church.
