September 19, 1999 Permian Basin Death Notices A.H. Blakley ODESSA — A.H. "Albert" Blakley, 90, of Odessa, a retired oilfield worker, died Friday, Sept. 17, 1999, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Atoka, Okla., and was a 40-year resident of Odessa. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Inez Blakley of Odessa; sons, Neil Blakley of Odessa, and Joe Blakley of California; daughters, Robbie June Blakley of California, Brenda Sullivan of Mustang, Okla., and Lanis Carlson of Midland; stepson, Dennis Shirk of Kingston, Okla.; stepdaughters, Edna Wilson and Evie Mosley, both of Odessa; brother, Cecil Blakley of Atoka, Okla.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Virginia Carrasco PECOS — Virginia O. Carrasco, 73, of Pecos, a homemaker, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999, at Reeves County Hospital. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Manuel Munoz officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Pecos Funeral Home. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home. She was born in Presidio. She was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Sons, Catarino Carrasco Jr. of Pecos and Benito Carrasco of Odessa; daughters, Margie Gonzales of Barstow, Elfida Morales of Fort Stockton and Mary Lopez of Pecos; brother, David Ornelas of Balmorhea; sister, Carmen Sanchez of Balmhorhea; 18 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Betty Meisinger ODESSA — Betty Inez Meisinger, 84, of Odessa died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1999, at her residence. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Asher, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1988 from San Diego. She was a member of the Christian church. SURVIVORS: Husband, Clare Avery Meisinger of Odessa; son, Phil Meisinger of Odessa; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Donald Perry ODESSA — Donald Perry, 33, of Odessa died Friday, Sept. 19, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
