Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. J.T. Pugh officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Cisco and was Pentecostal. SURVIVORS: Mother, Laura Julia Milam of Leveland; sons, Randy Smith and Jerry Smith, both of Odessa; daughter, Judy Qualls; one grandchild; and 2 great grandchildren. Howard Goodwin ODESSA — Howard W. Goodwin, 68, of Odessa, died Friday, September 24, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
