Wilson Funeral Directors. She was born in San Antonio and was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Sister, Helen Absher of Odessa; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. Perfecta Rubio MONAHANS — Perfecta G. Rubio, 105, of Monahans, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999, in Ward Memorial Hospital. Rosary will be said 8 p.m. today at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel.
