Mass will be celebrated at 3 p.m. today at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Merced Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home. She was born in Ruidosa. SURVIVORS: Son, Benjamin Benavidez of Ruidosa; daughter, Ida Taulbee of El Paso; sisters, Frances Perez and Jane Prieto, both of El Paso; brother, Gregorio Prieto of El Paso; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Cecil Carlisle HAMILTON — Cecil Carlisle, 75, of Evant, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 1999, at his residence. Services were Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at Evant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Burial was at Kingsbury Cemetery. Arrange-ments were by Evant Funeral Home. He was born in Rotan. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Juanita Carlisle of Evant; son, Cecil Ray Carlisle of Amarillo; daughters, Letha Walker of Odessa and Myrtle Carlisle, both of Odessa; sister, Odessa Henry of Comanche; eight grandchildren; and nine great-great children. Billie Hembree MONAHANS — Billie E. Hembree, 56, of Monahans, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, in Odessa. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home. She was born in Loneoake and was a longtime resident of Monahans. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Husband, Bob Hembree of Monahans; son, Robert Wayne Hembree of Midland; daughters, Julia Dephine Payne of Graham, Sonya Elaine Morgan of Odessa and Tonya Kaye Hill of Midland; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. John McCoslin ODESSA — John Leonard McCoslin, 94, of Odessa, a retired farmer, died Monday, Oct. 11, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Dunn Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Lewis officiating. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery in Limestone County. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Limestone County and moved to Odessa in 1998 from Fiddletown, Calif. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Son, Willie Buchannan Slaughter of Santa Maria, Calif.; brothers, Denton McCoslin of Coopland and Leon McCoslin of Humble; sister, Anita Miller of Baytown; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-children. He was born in Lowell, Ark. He was a veteran of the Army. Mary Sessing ODESSA — Mary Llewellyn Sessing, 75, of Odessa, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with the Rev. James Bridges officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Cemetery in Tulsa, Okla. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Bristow, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1969 from Oklahoma City. She was Catholic. Survivors: Son, John T.
