SURVIVORS: Daughter, Margaret Newton of Waxhaw; and a stepdaughter, Carol Gray Tipton of Cedar Park. Floyd Emmons KERMIT — Floyd C. Emmons, 85, of Kermit, a retired rancher, died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 1999, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Belvue Baptist Church. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel. He was born in Tye and had lived in Kermit for 13 years. He was a veteran of the Army and the Air Force. He was Baptist.
