                                Martha Brown
       ODESSA — Martha May Brown, 84, of Odessa, a retired piano
   teacher, died Monday, Oct. 18, 1999, at Younger Special Care Center in
                                  Midland.
     Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home
      Chapel with family members officiating. Burial will be at Sunset
       Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
   She was born in Indianapolis, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1948. She
                                was Baptist.
     SURVIVORS: Son, Jimmy L. Brown of Salisbury, Md.; daughters, Ellen
    Foehner of Hurst, Juanita Wilson and Sue Fleenor, both of Odessa, Jo
   Jack of Pottstown, Pa., and Carole Foehner of Elgin; 13 grandchildren;
             19 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
                                      
                              Trumen Connelly
       KINGSLAND — Trumen S. Connelly, 93, of Kingsland, retired
      building contractor, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, in Georgetown.
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the
      Rev. Doug Lindley officiating. Burial will be at Lakeland Hills
              Memorial Park in Burnet County. Arrangements by
                 Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Homes.
     He was born in Erath County and moved to Kingsland from Lamesa in
                           1966. He was Baptist.
   SURVIVORS: Sons, Larry Connelly of Georgetown and Norman Dale Connelly
   of Bay Minette, Ala.; daughter, Lois Fay Johnson of Seminole; brother,
     Scott Connelly of Odessa; sisters, Hazel Bushong and Marie Walker,
       both of Odessa; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
                                      
                               Elsie Jackson
    ARDMORE, Okla. — Elsie M. Jackson, 92, of Ardmore, Okla., died
    Sunday, Oct. 17, 1999, at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Ardmore, Okla.
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Craddock Memorial Chapel with
    the Rev. Dr. Alton Fannin officiating. Graveside services will be at
     10 a.m. Thursday at Andrews Old Cemetery with the Rev. H.A. Hanks
   officiating. Arrangements by Craddock Funeral Home of Ardmore, Okla.,
                          and McNett Funeral Home.
             She was born in Montague County. She was Baptist.
      SURVIVORS: Sons, Tommy Jackson of Ardmore, Okla., and James Leon
       Jackson of Andrews; sister, Inez Allen of Simi Valley, Calif.;
    brothers, Woodrow Ewing of Chino, Calif., and J.R. Ewing of Nocona;
           five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two
                         great-great-grandchildren
                                      
                                 Warren May
    BOWIE — Warren A. May, 80, of Bowie, a retired employee of Sun
             Oil Co., died Saturday, Oct. 16, at his residence.
     Services will be at 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church with the
    Revs. Ronnie Lawson and Ben Wiseman officiating. Graveside services
   will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Old Andrews Cemetery. Arrangements
                 by Burgess-Fry-Owens-Brumley Funeral Home.
   He was born in Duncan, Okla., and had lived in Bowie for 17 years. He
            was Baptist. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
    SURVIVORS: Wife, Anna Vice May of Bowie; sons, William Henry May and
   Jack Morris May, both of Houston; stepsons, Gary Vice of Albuquerque,
      N.M., and Doug Vice of Smithville; stepdaughter, Vicki Berry of
         Kerrville; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
                                      
                             Leland Casteel Sr.
    MIDLAND — Leland C. Casteel Sr., 83, of Wink, died Monday, Oct.
         18, 1999, at Midland Memorial Hospital and Medical Center.
           Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
                                      
                               Gussie Douglas
    ODESSA — Gussie Anna Douglas, 88, of Odessa, died Sunday, Oct.
                   17, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
   Services are pending with Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.
