     SAN ANGELO — Ruth J. Hale, 85, of Lubbock, a homemaker, died
               Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1999, in a Lubbock hospital.
    Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Johnson’s Funeral Home
      Chapel. Burial will be at Grape Creek Cemetery. Arrangements by
                           Johnson Funeral Home.
                She was born in Avon, Ill. She was Baptist.
   SURVIVORS: Sons, Kenneth Higgins and Archie Higgins, both of Monahans,
     and Paul Higgins of Granbury; daughters, Judy Peek of New Home and
   Dovonia Black of Lubbock; sister, Louise Baker of Hedgesville, W.Va.;
                 and brother, Kenneth Bloyer of Aspen, Pa.
                                      
                              Maximino Jacquez
   ODESSA — Maximino Jacquez, 74, of Odessa, a pipeline fitter, died
            Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Templo Alpha Omega with the Rev.
       Sam Ramirez officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
                   Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
   He was born in Imperial. He was a member of Templo Alpha Omega Church.
    SURVIVORS: Daughter, Leticia Bejarano of Odessa; brothers, Elauterio
    Jacquez of Van Horn and Nestor Jacquez Sr. of Fort Stockton; sister,
      Margarita Amparano and Gloria Jacquez, both of La Luz, N.M.; six
                 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
                                      
                              Stephen McKenzie
     FORT STOCKTON — Stephen C. McKenzie, 44, of Fort Stockton, a
   chorale music director, died Monday, Oct. 18, 1999, at Medical Center
                                 Hospital.
   Services will be at 4 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church with
   the Revs. Larry Krueger and K.C. Ketter-Black officiating. Burial will
   be at East Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
      He was born in Fort Stockton and was a lifelong resident. He was
                                 Methodist.
    SURVIVORS: Wife, Pamela McKenzie of Fort Stockton; son, Craig Austin
   McKenzie of Las Vegas; daughters, Christy Michelle McKenzie of Houston
      and Stephanie Maureen McKenzie of Fort Stockton; mother, Billie
   McKenzie of Fort Stockton; sisters, Melody M. Berry of Fort Stockton,
    Cynthia L. Harter of Midland and Lisa K. Osborn of Alpine; brothers,
      R. Kirke McKenzie of Iraan, Dean P. McKenzie of Midland, Mark S.
        McKenzie of Round Rock and Lance T. McKenzie of Lago Vista.
                                      
                                 Edna Sisk
   PLAINVIEW — Edna Sisk, 91, of Odessa, died Monday, Oct. 18, 1999,
                         at Seabury Nursing Center.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Trinity United Methodist Church
    with the Rev. Doug Stenberg officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn
           Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Lemons Funeral Home.
    She was born in Hill County and moved to Plainview in 1943. She was
                                 Methodist.
    SURVIVORS: Son, Franklin Sisk of Odessa; daughters, Anne Caraway and
   LaQuita DeBusk, both of Odessa, and Imogene Brooks of Sun City, Ariz.;
               14 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
                                      
                              Florence Walker
    ODESSA — Florence Rodella Walker, 58, of Odessa, died Tuesday,
                 Oct. 19, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
       Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today at Odessa Cemetery.
                Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
    She was born in North Hollywood, Calif., and was a longtime resident
                        of Odessa. She was Baptist.
     SURVIVORS: Companion, John Nelson of Odessa; daughters, Debbie Kay
       Deloach of Springdale, Ark., and Linda Baskin of Lowell, Ark.;
   brother, Albert James Cutting of Midland; sisters, Rose Hall of Odessa
      and Shirley Thomason of Wichita, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.
                                      
                               Janie Allison
      ODESSA — Janie Lorene Allison, 82, of Shreveport, La., died
                 Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1999, in Shreveport, La.
        Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
