Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Troy Stevenson officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in DeQueen, Ark., and moved to Odessa in 1951. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Kathlyn Brakeville of Odessa; sons, Kenneth R. Feeler, 73, of Lufkin, a retired welder, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999, in a Houston hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Gipson-Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.
