November 04, 1999 Permian Basin Death Notices Dewey Haven ODESSA — Dewey Haven, 73, of Odessa, a welder and a mechanic, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Ector County Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Flecher officiating. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. He was born in Charleston, Miss., and moved to Odessa in 1968 from Houston. SURVIVORS: Wife, Glenda Havens of Odessa; sons, James Havens and Edward Havens, both of Odessa; and one grandchild. Robert Owensby ODESSA — Robert "Bob" Owensby, 68, of Odessa, a retired truck driver, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999, at the Veterans Admin-istration Medical Center in Big Spring. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Bartlett officiating. Burial will be at Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Breckenridge and moved to Odessa in 1948 from Breckenridge. He was a Navy veteran. SURVIVORS: Wife, Dorothy Owensby of Odessa; sons, Bobby Owensby and Jimmy Owensby, both of Odessa; daughters, Gwenda Watkins and Brenda Kobernick, both of Odessa; sisters, Virginia Napper of Brady, Lois Jennings of Austin and Carolyn Anderson of Odessa; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Margaret Teague ODESSA — Margaret Teague, 83, of Odessa, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 1999, at Harris Hurst-Euless-Bedford Hospital in Bedford.
