November 7, 1999 Permian Basin Death Notices Paul Flores BIG SPRING — Paul Flores, 45, of Big Spring, the co-owner of Flores Concrete Contractors, died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. A rosary will be said today at 7:30 p.m. at the Myers and Smith Funeral Home chapel. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. James Plagens officiating. Arrangements by Myers and Smith Funeral Home. He was born in Big Spring in 1954 and was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Wife, Esperanza Flores of Big Spring; daughters, Denise Flores of Big Spring and Denita Fuentes of San Angelo; son, Paul Flores Jr. of Big Spring; stepdaughter, Jennifer Garza of Big Spring; parents, Johnny and Lidia Flores of Big Spring; brothers, Jimmy Flores of Lubbock, Johnny Flores and Mike Flores of Big Spring; and four grandchildren. Michael Gray ODESSA — Michael Jamie Gray, the infant son of Michael Glyn Gray and Jessica Maruska of Odessa, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at Medical Center hospital. Graveside services are scheduled for noon Monday, Nov. 8, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jim Brown officiating. SURVIVORS: Parents; sister, Ashley Gray of Odessa; grandparents, Steve and Carla Maruska of Odessa and Glyn and Julie Gray of Odessa. Mauro Madrid ALPINE — Mauro Gonzales Madrid, 45, of Alpine, a construction worker, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at Big Bend Regional Medical Center. Services were held Saturday at the Geeslin Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Javier Sandoval and Auden Lujan officiating. Burial followed at Holy Angels Cemetery. He was born Jan. 15, 1953, in Ojinaga, Mexico and was a Jehovah’s Witness. SURVIVORS: Wife, Teresa C. Madrid; sons, Simon C. Madrid and Mauro C. Madrid Jr., both of Alpine; daughter, Sarai C. Madrid of Alpine; parents, Simon Arzola and Guadalupe G. Madrid of Dallas; brothers, Guadalupe G. Madrid and Lucio G. Madrid, both of Dallas; sisters, Juana Rodriquez, Margarita Madrid, Mary J.
