She was born in San Juan, Mexico, and she moved to Odessa in 1957. Bessie Carlisle KERMIT — Bessie Carlisle, 91, of Kermit, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital.
