                                 Carl Baden
      MIDLAND — Carl Baden, 92, of Midland, a retired employee of
     Magpegasus Credit Union, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999, at Baptist
                      Memorials Center in San Angelo.
   Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church with the
    Revs. Donald Hafemann and Philip Konz officiating. Burial will be at
          Resthaven Cemetery. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
   He was born in Independence, Kan., and had been a resident of Midland
                        since 1959. He was Lutheran.
     SURVIVORS: Sons, Dr. Robert C. Baden of Orange, Calif., Thomas W.
       Baden of San Angelo and Dr. Donald Baden of Glen Carbon, Ill.;
    sisters, Clara Koehler of Michigan, Gertrude Polzien of Midland and
             Ruth Linde of Huntsville; 10 grandchildren; and 11
                            great-grandchildren.
                                      
   Franklin Feil
   SAN ANGELO — Franklin "Hank" Feil, 62, of San Angelo, a retired
   oilfield supply salesman, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999, at a local
   nursing center.
   Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Lawnhaven Memorial
   Gardens with the Rev. Paul Terry officiating. Arrangements by
   Johnson’s Funeral Home.
   He was born in Higgins and graduated from Odessa High School. He was
   Baptist.
   SURVIVORS: Son, Marcus Ray Feil of Dallas; brothers, Don Feil and Carl
   Feil, both of Canyon; sisters, Dorothy Sloan of San Angelo, Sue Moody
   of Bryan, Dell Comstock of Hemphill, Fay Wood of Higgins, Lila
   Ferebacker of California and Elizabeth Ann Misemer of Kansas City, Mo.
   
   Ruby Jackson
   ROBERT LEE — Ruby Ray Jackson, 87, of Robert Lee, a homemaker,
   died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999, at a San Angelo hospital.
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Robert Lee Baptist Church.
   Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial
   Gardens in Odessa. Arrangements by Shaffer Funeral Home.
   She was born in Bailey. She was Baptist.
   SURVIVORS: Daughters, Betty Taft of Levelland, Jamie Fanning of
   Abilene and Sara Green of Robert Lee; sister, Audie Meason of Odessa;
   11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two
   great-great-grandchildren.
   
   Linda Rice
   MIDLAND — Linda Rice, 57, of Midland, a retired nurse’s
   aide, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, at a local hospital.
   Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Resthaven Memorial
   Park with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements by Ellis
   Funeral Home.
   She was born in Midland and was a lifelong resident.
   SURVIVORS: Daughter, Angela Rice of Midland; brother, Jimmy Porter of
   Midland.
   
   Mary Wesch
   MIDLAND — Mary Wesch, 67, of Midland died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999,
   in Midland.
   Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Ellis Funeral Home with
   the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral
   Home.
   She was born in Mabank, and lived in Kermit for 30 years before moving
   to Midland.
   SURVIVORS: Husband, Vincent Wesch of Midland; sons, Leslie Wesch of
   Arlington and Keith Wesch of Hurst; daughter, Joy Ritchie of Kansas
   City, Mo.; brothers, Leonard Burns of Everman and J.E. Burns of
   Murchison; and one grandchild.
   
   Benita Chacon
   ODESSA — Benita Garcia Chacon, 68, of Odessa, died Tuesday, Dec.
   14, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
   Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.
   
   Leoma Matthews
   ODESSA — Leoma Shrum Matthews, 87, of Odessa, died Monday, Nov.
   13, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
   Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.
