Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church with the Revs. Donald Hafemann and Philip Konz officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home. He was born in Independence, Kan., and had been a resident of Midland since 1959. He was Lutheran. SURVIVORS: Sons, Dr. Robert C. Baden of Orange, Calif., Thomas W. Franklin Feil SAN ANGELO — Franklin "Hank" Feil, 62, of San Angelo, a retired oilfield supply salesman, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999, at a local nursing center. He was born in Higgins and graduated from Odessa High School. He was Baptist.
