She was born in Leesburg and moved to Snyder from Odessa in 1990. She was a member of Dunn Baptist Church. Ruth Colbaugh ODESSA — Ruth Elaine Colbaugh, 75, a retired ECISD cafeteria employee, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born in Guthrie, Okla., and came to Odessa in 1955 from Pecos. She was a member of the Hiway Temple Assembly of God Church. Patsy Darnell BIG SPRING — Patsy Darnell, 61, of Big Spring, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. Robert Rivera officiating. Arrangements by Myers and Smith Funeral Home. She was born in Hale Center and had been a lifetime resident of Howard County. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Husband, W.R.
