Services will be at a later date at Funeraria De Valle in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. Arrangements by Reyes-Garcia Funeral Home. He was born in Potrero del Llano, Chihuahua, Mexico, and moved to Presidio in 1988. Ruth Randolph ODESSA — Ruth Jane Randolph, 87, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, at Sherwood Place. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rex Clayton officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Avant, Kan., and moved to Odessa in 1947 from Edmond, Okla. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Son, Leon Randolph, of Tyler; daughter, Helen Davis, of Goldthwaite; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Jesus Sotelo ODESSA — Jesus Contreras Sotelo, 81, of Odessa died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at a later date in Ojinaga, Mexico. Arrange-ments by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel. He was born in Pecos and was a lifelong resident.
