SURVIVORS: Wife, Anna Beth Beard of Houston; brother, Robert E. Manuela Hernandez PECOS — Manuela Hernandez, 76, of Pecos, a homemaker, died Monday, Dec. 20, 1999, at Reeves County Hospital. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church.
