                               Bill Hargrove
      PECOS — Bill Hargrove, 77, of Pecos, a retired Enron plant
   operator, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at Midland Memorial Hospital
                            and Medical Center.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church with the
       Rev. Ron Garcia officiating. Burial will be at Mount Evergreen
               Cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
   He was born in Barlett and was a lifelong resident of Pecos. He was an
             Air Force veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
   SURVIVORS: Wife, Jean Hargrove of Pecos; sons, William E. Hargrove of
    Atlanta, Ga., and Ronnie Hargrove of Seymour; sisters, Betty Lambert
      of Batesville, Ark., Marie Naiser of Tomball and Sue Roddy of El
                       Campo; and two grandchildren.
                                      
                                Betty Keith
   ROCKHILL, S.C. — Betty Ruth Brooks Keith, 73, of Rock Hill, S.C.,
   a retired teacher, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at Piedmont Medical
                            Center in Rock Hill.
   Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Greene Funeral Home Chapel with
   the Rev. Merv Horst officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial
                 Park. Arrangements by Greene Funeral Home.
      She was born in Vernon. She was a member of the Assembly of God.
   SURVIVORS: Husband, Lewis W. Keith of Rock Hill; daughter, Kathy Keith
                               of Rock Hill.
                                      
                                Benjamin Key
      ANDREWS — Benjamin "Joseph" Key, 21 days, of Andrews, died
   Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.
   Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church in Andrews
   with the Rev. Mike Henson officiating. Burial will be at Andrews North
          Babyland Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
                           He was born in Odessa.
   SURVIVORS: Parents, Gene and Marquita Key of Andrews; sisters, Rebecca
      Key and Rachel Key, both of Andrews; grandparents, T.C. and Judy
         Gattis of Plainview and Curtis and Dickey Key of Comfort;
                great-grandmother, Francis Tapp of Lubbock.
                                      
                                Conard Parr
    ODESSA — Conard "C.P." Parr, 76, of Odessa, a retired wireline
     engineer, died Friday, Dec. 24, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
       Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial
           Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
           He was born in Kosse and moved to Odessa in the 1950s.
    SURVIVORS: Wife, Jimmie Parr of Odessa; daughter, Gail Parr Phillips
    and Dottie Parr, both of Austin, Toni McDaniels of Odessa and Jackie
      McFarland of Omaha, Neb.; stepsons, Kyle Nichols of Nacogdoches,
    Russell Kirk and Kevin Nichols, both of Austin; sisters, Yona Willis
     of Andrews and Dovie Leggett of Dallas; brothers, Bob Parr and Ted
              Parr, both of Lubbock; and eight grandchildren.
