   ODESSA  -- Services for Marion Dale Stephens, 83, of Odessa will be at
   1  p.m.  Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999, at St. John's Episcopal Church with
   the Rev. Laura Deaderick officiating.
   
   Mr.  Stephens died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at his residence. He was born
   June 13, 1915, in Lenox, Iowa. He married Wanda Grim Dec. 23, 1967, in
   Las Vegas.
   
   Survivors  include  his  wife,  Wanda J. Stephens of Odessa; daughter,
   Virginia   Stephens  Pescador  of  Denver;  stepson,  Steven  Grim  of
   Juliaetta,  Idaho;  brother,  Richard Stephens of Denver; and sisters,
   Mina Brown and Doris Hays, both of Beaumont, Calif.
   
   Memorials may be made to St. John's Episcopal or Family Hospice.
   
   Funeral  arrangements  are  by  Odessa  Funeral  Home Angeles Memorial
   Chapel.
