October 30, 1999 Permian Basin Obituaries _________________________________________________________________ ODESSA -- lnez Irene Blakley, 88 years of age, passed away on Oct. 28, 1999, in Odessa. She was born on May 31, 1911, in Marion Co., Ill. A loving mother and grandmother, she loved the Lord Jesus and was always a light onto others, always doing good to those in need, and loved by all who knew her. Mrs. Blakley was a resident of Odessa since 1978. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Bobbett and Albert Blakley; parents, Sam and Elizabeth Donoho; a son, Carl Dean Russell; sister, Louise Rusk; brothers, Glen Easley and Eldon Donoho; great-grandson, Chris Martin; granddaughter, Deborah Murray; and great-granddaughter, Lori Crane. Mrs. Blakley is survived by daughters, Edna and her husband Carl Wilson, and Evalo Mosley, all of Odessa; grandchildren, Linda Linder of Odessa, Sherrie and Lex Allgood of Midland, Jill and Auby Hatten of Merzton, Jan and Doyle Willis of Odessa, Beth and Steve Tanner of Odessa, Dennis and Tonette Linder of Odessa; 13 grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Odessa.
