   Roy Hawkins
   
   ODESSA  -- Roy Hawkins, 68, of Odessa, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at
   Medical Center Hospital because of heart problems.
   
   Graveside  services  were  held  Friday,  Nov.  5,  1999, at Rose Hill
   Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Witherspoon officiating.
   
   Survivors include his son, Mike Hawkins of Odessa; sister, Nina Barbee
   of Odessa; and two grandchildren.
   
   He was born Dec. 19, 1930, in Ranger.
   
   Mr.  Hawkins  moved to Odessa in 1943 from Ranger. He was an Air Force
   veteran  of the Korean Conflict. He was Baptist. He retired from Arco,
   Alaska.
   
   Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
