Jo Ford ODESSA — Jo A. Ford, 63, of Odessa, assistant tournament director for the 1999 Nike Permian Basin Tour, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Andrew Mulhern officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in St. Louis, Ill., and had been a resident of Odessa since 1983. Cornelio Garza CRANE — Cornelio Castillo Garza, 79, of Crane, a rancher, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000, at his residence. Services will be held at a later date in Mexico. Pearl Weeden ODESSA — Pearl "Pirlie" Isabell Weeden, 86, of Odessa died Monday, Jan. 17, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born in Salem, Mo., and had lived in Odessa since 1949. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
