Services will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Earnest Easley officiating. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. He was born in Vandalia, Ill. and came to Odessa in 1995 from Jal, N.M. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Ava Van Bramer of Odessa; son, David Van Bramer of Lake Buchanan; daughters, Camilla Thompson of Houston and Jo Rita Olliff of Odessa; stepsons, Don Brownlee of Hallsville and Max Brownlee of Tampa, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. J.W. Everett SEMINOLE — J.W. "Shorty" Everett, 77, of Seminole, a retired maintenance supervisor for the Seminole ISD, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2000, at Seminole Memorial Hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at South Seminole Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Gilliam and the Rev. Dr. Earl Dunn officiating. Burial will be at Gaines County Cemetery South. Jack Henderson ALPINE — Jack L. Henderson, 79, of Alpine, a retired tool test board technician for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2000, in Amarillo. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Alpine with the Rev. Ed Waddill officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery. Pampa arrangements by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Home and Alpine arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home. He was born in Austin and moved to Pampa one year ago from Alpine. He was a Navy verteran of World War II. He was a Presbyterian. SURVIVORS: Sons, Jack R. She was born in the Indian Territory of Oklahoma and had lived in May for 70 years. She was a member of May Methodist Church. Raymond Jenkins MIDLAND — Raymond Jenkins, 79, of Midland, owner and operator of Jenkins Jewelry and Luggage, died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2000, at Midland Memorial Hospital. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today at Golf Course Road Church of Christ with Tim Veremillon officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home. He was born in Coleman and moved to Midland in 1947. He served in the Army Air Corps, and fought in the Battle of the Bulge in late 1944. He received the Bronze and Silver Stars and a Purple Heart. Jenkins of Midland; sons, Raymond Carl "Scooter" Jenkins of Midland, Roy David Jenkins of Plano and Bryan Thomas of Abilene; daughter, Helen Ruth Chambers of Whitehouse; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Lois Maxwell ODESSA — Lois Maxwell, 85, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.
