Neill TISHOMINGO, Okla. — J.B. Neill, 76, of Coleman, Okla., a retired cement truck driver, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2000, at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Ardmore, Okla. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
