Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fairmont Cemetery in San Angelo. Arrangements by Johnson’s Funeral Home. She was born in Rising Star. SURVIVORS: Wife, Candy Gryder of Sonora; sons, Faron Ray Gryder of Midland, Kendon Gryder of Houston and Brandon Gryder of San Angelo; daughters, Debra Hopper of Allen and Hollye Gryder of Austin; brothers, Melvin Gryder of Commanche, Donnie Gryder of Eastland, Ronnie Gryder of Keller, Larry Gryder of Austin and Rodney Gryder of the Woodlands; sister, Sharon McKee of Pampa; and four grandchildren. Nora Wood ODESSA — Nora Lee Wood, 82, of Odessa, a retired bookkeeper, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at a local nursing home. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Central Baptist Church with the Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Cemetery in Lovington, N.M. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She moved to Odessa in 1966. She was Methodist. SURVIVORS: Son, Bobby Tucker of Odessa; daughter, Wynona Sheffield of Odessa; brothers, Grady Whiteside of Odessa; Francis Whiteside of Borger; sister, Orlene Vandiver of Oklahoma City, Okla.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
