Services will be at 4 p.m. today at McNett Funeral Home with the Rev. H.A. Hanks officiating. Burial will be at Andrews West Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. She was born in New Edinburg, Ark., and moved to Ozona in 1994 from Andrews. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Son, Bill G. Carter, of Fort Worth; daughters, Jacque Carter Pedigo of Runaway Bay and Sandra Carter Bebee of Ozona; brother, Marcus A. Allen Guster ODESSA — Allen Lloyd Guster Jr., 74, of Odessa, a retired school teacher, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. Paul Shelton NOCONA — Paul Guinn Shelton, 75, of Nacona, a retired insurance agent, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2000, at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls.
