                                Troy Mobley
     Odessa — Troy Wilford "TW" Mobley, 76, of Odessa, an oilfield
        worker for Shell Oil Co., died Friday, Feb. 18, 2000, at his
                                 residence.
    Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Parkview Church of Christ with
     Charles Jones and Joe Cross officiating. Interment will follow in
    Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by ubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
   He was born in Rotan. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
    Survivors: Wife, Christine Mobley of Odessa; sons, Jim Mobley, Rick
     Mobley and Micky Mobley, all of Odessa; sister, Ruby Treadwell of
         Henrietta; and 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
                                      
                                  Jim Owen
      Odessa — Jim Owen, 58, of Odessa, an insurance agent, died
                     Friday, Feb. 18, 2000, in Snyder.
     Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Open Door Assembly of God
        Church with the Rev. Scott Burton and the Rev. Wayne Ziegler
       officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
                Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
              He was a longtime resident of Odessa and Kermit.
    Survivors: Wife, Sharon Owen of Odessa; son, Coby Owen of Van Horn;
    stepson, Jimmy Webb of Lakeside, Calif.; daughter, Cheryl Weaver of
     Dallas; stepdaughters, Shonda Dolloff of Denver and Tammy Kody of
      Cody, Wyo.; brothers, Jerry Owen of Arlington, Marshall Owen of
        Detroit and Bill Owen of Midland; and 2 grandchildren; four
                            step-grandchildren.
                                      
                                James Rudder
    Andrews — James "Jim" Rudder, 66, of Andrews died Sunday, Feb.
                   20, 2000, at his residence in Andrews.
      Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Andrews Old
     Cemetery with Dr. H.A. Hanks officiating. Burial will be under the
                direction of McNett Funeral Home of Andrews.
                He was born in Breckenridge. He was Baptist.
   Survivors: Mother, Hazel Rudder of Andrews; and sister, Charlene Angel
                                of Andrews.

   ODESSA — Ricky Burt, 15, formerly of Odessa, died Saturday at his
                        residence in Wichita Falls.
            Services are pending with Huber-Kelly Funeral Home.
                                      
                                Myrtle Helt 
     ODESSA — Myrtle Helt, 84, of Odessa, died Sunday at a nursing
                              home in Odessa.
            Services are pending with Huber-Kelly Funeral Home.
                                      
                                Doris Morgan
       ODESSA — Doris Morgan, 76, of Odessa, died Sunday at her
                            residence in Odessa.
            Services are pending with Huber-Kelly Funeral Home.
