Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Parkview Church of Christ with Charles Jones and Joe Cross officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by ubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Rotan. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Survivors: Wife, Christine Mobley of Odessa; sons, Jim Mobley, Rick Mobley and Micky Mobley, all of Odessa; sister, Ruby Treadwell of Henrietta; and 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Jim Owen Odessa — Jim Owen, 58, of Odessa, an insurance agent, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2000, in Snyder. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Open Door Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Scott Burton and the Rev. Wayne Ziegler officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was a longtime resident of Odessa and Kermit. James Rudder Andrews — James "Jim" Rudder, 66, of Andrews died Sunday, Feb. 20, 2000, at his residence in Andrews.
