Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church with the Rev. J.W. Hanson officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. He was born in Smithville and was a lifelong resident of Odessa. He was Baptist. "Dusty" Rhodes, 78, of Odessa, a retired employee of Lee Drilling Company and Oilwell Division U.S. Steel, died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at Parks Methodist Retirement Village. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapelwith the Rev. Charles Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Perryton. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
