She was born in Fort Stockton and came to Odessa from Fort Stockton. She was Catholic. Skousen, 87, of Andrews, a retired employee from the National Forrest Service and a retired cattle rancher in Alpine, Ariz., died Sunday, March 12, 2000, at Andrews Health Care Center. He was born in Alpine, Ariz., and moved to Andrews five years ago from Alpine, Ariz. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
