Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Little Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Roy Gentry officiating. Burial will be at Little Bethel Cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in La Grange and moved to Odessa in 1949 from Taylor. She was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Sons, Roy Gentry of Odessa, Lester R. Gentry of San Marcos, Johnny L. Gentry of Odessa, Robert W. Gentry of Dallas, Charles L. Gentry of Louisiana, Larry N. Gentry of San Antonio and Ronny G. Gentry of Fort Worth; daughter, Loetta O. Gentry of Odessa; mother, Olivia Jackson Dobbins of Odessa; 17 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Carolina Sanchez VAN HORN — Carolina Sanchez, 77, of Midland, a seamstress, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, in Midland. Mass was celebrated Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with the Rev. Ralph Solis officiating. Burial was at Van Horn Cemetery. Arrangements were by Carrillo Funeral Directors. She born in San Antonio, Mexico. SURVIVORS: Sons, Ismael H. Sanchez of Odessa, Carlos Sanchez of Odessa and Oscar "Shorty" H. Sanchez of Van Horn; daughters, Maria Elena of Van Horn and Anabele Sanchez of Odessa; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Rachel Sanchez ODESSA — Rachel June Sanchez, 72, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Monday, March 20, 2000, at Desert View Manor Nursing Home in Crane. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Jonathan Jarratt officiating. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. She was born in New Orleans.
