He was a veteran of the Air Force. Julia Garcia ODESSA — Julia Garcia, 81, of Odessa, a retired photographer, died Monday, March 27, 2000, at Deerings Nursing Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at 103 N. Washington Ave. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Home. Filomeno Granado ODESSA — Filomeno Granado, 91, of Odessa died Friday, March 24, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today at Odessa Cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Saint Vincent. There are no survivors. Cecelio Mendoza PECOS — Cecelio C. Mendoza, 73, of Pecos died Sunday, March 26, 2000, at a hospital in San Angelo. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Iglesia Emmanuel Asamblea De Dios with Carlos Porras. A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. today at Iglesia Emmanuel Asamblea De Dios. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home. He was born in San Antonio De Bravo, Mexico. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
