She was born in Ruidosa. She was Catholic. Edwin Stephens KERMIT — Edwin Donald "Don" Stephens, 84, of Kermit, a retired tool pusher, died Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russ Smith Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel. He was born in Natchitoches, La., and has been a resident of Kermit for 41 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.
