Lucio Orozco ODESSA — Lucio "Rosco" Orozco, 77, of Odessa, a retired art director, died Thursday, May 4, 2000, at Parks Methodist Retirement Village. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Sam Jordan officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Trenton and moved to Odessa in 1951. Arlin Strickland LUBBOCK — Arlin Strickland, 69, of Lubbock, a retired building contractor, died Tuesday, May 2, 2000, at Lakeside Medical Center in Lubbock.
