She was born in Breckenridge and had been a resident of Kermit for 28 years. SURVIVORS: Sons, Mat Martin of Monahans and Michael Hughy Martin of Edmonton, Ky.; daughters, Vada Frances Pendergrass and Ginabeth Prater, both of Breckenridge, and Patty McCorcle of Ferris; sister, Jewel McNeal of Waco; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Alvin Squire ODESSA — Alvin Squire, 78, of Odessa, a retired teacher, died Wednesday, May 10, 2000, in Odessa. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Eisenhower Church of Christ with Eddie Parrish and Burt Groves officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a member of the Church of Christ. SURVIVORS: Wife, Wilma Griffin Squire; son, Robert Nelson "Bobby" Squire of Houston; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
