                               Maria Castillo
    ALPINE — Maria A. Castillo, 87, of Alpine died Tuesday, May 16,
                     2000, at an Alpine nursing center.
      Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Peace
    Catholic Church. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Our Lady
   of the Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be at Holy Angels Cemetery.
                   Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.
   She was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and was a longtime resident of
                                  Alpine.
      SURVIVORS: Son, Teodoro Castillo of El Paso; daughters, Maria C.
      Granado of Alpine and Agapita C. Candia of Pecos; sister, Concha
    Carpio of Juarez, Mexico; 23 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren;
                     and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
                                      
                              Joaquin De Leon
   MARATHON — Joaquin Ramos De Leon, 51, a retired plant supervisor,
                 died Tuesday, May 16, 2000, in San Angelo.
    Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at St. Mary’s Catholic
     Church with the Rev. Rick Ruiz and Ildefonso De Leon officiating.
   Burial will be at Marathon Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral
                                   Home.
                 He was born in Marathon. He was Catholic.
     SURVIVORS: Wife, Rufina A. De Leon of Marathon; son, Joaquin A. De
   Leon of San Angelo; daughters, Michele Natera of Pensacola, Fla., Mary
    Garcia and Renee N. De Leon, both of Marathon; mother, Fermana R. De
   Leon of Marathon; brothers, Crispin De Leon Jr. of Pecos and Ildefonso
    De Leon of New Orleans, La.; sisters, Elvira Molinar of Marathon and
         Gabriella Mejia of Fort Stockton; and three grandchildren.
                                      
                                Mary Morgan
      PECAN GAP — Mary B. Morgan, 81, of Newville, Pa., a retired
       nurse, died Saturday, May 13, 2000, at Swaim Health Center in
                                 Newville.
   Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Pecan Gap Cemetery with
   the Rev. Odie Gene Cummings officiating. Arrangements by Jones-Walker
                               Funeral Home.
    She was born in Hulett, Ga. She was an Army veteran of World War II.
   SURVIVORS: Daughter, Kay Toth of Newville, Pa.; son, Robert H. Dobb of
     Houston; sister, Bernice E. Griffith of Fort Worth; brother, Harry
            Alton Eidson of Temple; five grandchildren; and nine
                            great-grandchildren.
