     ODESSA — Hollie Jason Badgwell Jr., 77, of Odessa, a retired
   truck driver, died Wednesday, June 14, 2000, at Manor Park in Midland.
      Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial
      Gardens with the Rev. Kyle Rodgers officiating. Arrangements by
                        Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
                He was born in Wise County. He was Baptist.
    SURVIVORS: Brother, Clint Badgwell of Odessa; sister, Morah Shaw of
         Fort Worth; and sister, Daisy Coe of Siloam Springs, Ark.
                                      
                              Dominga Gavaldon
   MONAHANS — Dominga Gavaldon, 54, of Monahans died Wednesday, June
                   14, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.
       Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s
   Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido officiating. Rosary will be
   said at 7:30 p.m. today at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements by
                            Harkey Funeral Home.
                She was born in Monahans. She was Catholic.
   SURVIVORS: Husband, Jose Gavaldon of Monahans; sons, Carlos Benavidez
      of Andrews and Luis Angel Gavaldon of Monahans; daughters, Maria
    Ibarra and Lorina Gavaldon, both of Monahans, and Yadira Gavaldon of
   Van Horn; mother, Aurora Acosta of Monahans; brothers, Frank Acosta of
   Andrews, and Simon Acosta and Mike Acosta, both of Monahans; sisters,
      Sandy Baker of Seattle, Connie Salazar of Denver, Rosa Suarez of
    Monahans and Angie Garcia of Fort Stockton; and four grandchildren.
                                      
                              Estelle Jackson
   ROCKWALL — Estelle Jackson, 80, of Rockwall died Wednesday, June
                           14, 2000, in Rockwall.
   Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall
     Chapel with Chris Florance officiating. Arrangements by Rest Haven
                               Funeral Home.
     She was born in Fredericksburg and was a resident of Odessa for 50
                  years before moving to Rockwall in May.
      SURVIVORS: Daughters, Patsy Patterson of Wilmington, N.C., Betty
     Fitzgerald of Prosper and Jerrie Hosey of Rockwall; sister, Marie
      McDonald of Pismo Beach, Calif.; brother, Pat Leslie Aten of St.
          Louis; eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
                                      
                                 Dora Smith
    PECOS — Dora Wilma Smith, 83, of Stilwell, Okla., a homemaker,
    died Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at Memorial Hospital in Stilwell, Okla.
     Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ with
   Monty Huffman officiating. Burial will be at Mount Evergreen Cemetery.
                    Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
      She was born in Fisher County. She was a member of the Church of
                                  Christ.
    SURVIVORS: Husband, Marvin L. Smith of Stilwell, Okla.; sons, Joe L.
       Smith of Stilwell, Okla., and Wayland L. Smith of Mesa, Ariz.;
   brother, Layne George of Kennewick, Wash.; six grandchildren; and four
                            great-grandchildren.

   ODESSA — Mattie V. Baskin, 89, of Odessa died Saturday, June 10,
                              2000, in Hawaii.
