Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at 309 N. Avenue C. Burial will be at Kermit Cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home Chapel. He was born in Bronte and had been a resident of Kermit for 54 years. He was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Sons, Carmen Dominguez and Carlos Dominguez Jr., both of Kermit; daughter, Gloria Galindo of Las Cruces, N.M.; brother, Jose Dominguez of Kermit and Modesto Dominguez of Midland; sisters, Manuela Contreras of Grand Prairie, Celestina Lujan of Kermit and Mary Lou Solis of Irving; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Juan Jimenez MARFA Juan Octavio "John" Jimenez, 74, of Marfa, trailer park owner, died Monday, July 3, 2000, in Presidio. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Marys Catholic Church with the Rev. Rick Ruiz officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be at Marfa Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home. He was born in Ojinaga, Mexico, and was a longtime resident of Marfa. He was Catholic. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Olivia Mediano of Marfa; son, John Jimenez Jr. of Alpine; sister, Maria Salinas of Marfa; and four grandchildren. Gene McGee PYOTE Gene McGee, 72, of Pyote, a retired oilfield pumper, died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Ward Memorial Hospital in Monahans. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Pyote Cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home. He was born in Shamrock and had been a resident of Pyote since 1953. He was an Air Force veteran. He was Baptist.
