                               Polly Clayton
                                      
   MONAHANS Polly Sue Clayton, 67, of Monahans, a retired waitress, died
                 Saturday, July 29, 2000, at her residence.
                                      
   Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Harkey Funeral Chapel
   with the Rev. Rex Clayton officiating. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral
                                   Home.
                                      
   She was born in Taos, N.M., and had been a resident of Monahans since
                           1964. She was Baptist.
                                      
   SURVIVORS: Sons, William Edward "Eddie" Clayton Jr. of Monahans, James
      Dean Clayton of Arlington and Allen Jack Clayton of Tatum, N.M.;
   daughters, Donna Gardner of Wickett, Diana Little of Dayton, Ohio, and
        Debbie Solomon Dunn of Midland; 17 grandchildren; and eight
                            great-grandchildren.
                                      
                                 Hal Eaves
                                      
      ANDREWS Hal Eaves, 85, of Andrews, a retired truck driver, died
             Sunday, July 30, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.
                                      
    Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel
   with the Rev. Kerry Tilley officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old
               Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
                                      
    He was born in Tolar and had been a resident of Andrews since 1975.
                                      
   SURVIVORS: Wife, Odessa Eaves of Andrews; son, Terry Eaves of Saugus,
        Calif.; daughters, Georgia Perkins of Andrews, Faye Eaves of
   Albuquerque, N.M., and Elaine Massey of Weatherford; 12 grandchildren;
                        and 16 great-grandchildren.
                                      
                           Guadalupe Tavarez Jr.
                                      
        FORT STOCKTON Guadalupe Tavarez Jr., 23, of Fort Stockton, a
        carpenters helper, died Saturday, July 29, 2000, in El Paso.
                                      
     Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Agnes Catholic
   Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at
      7 p.m. today at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Burial will be at St.
        Joseph Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
                                      
      He was born in Fort Stockton and was a lifelong resident. He was
                                 Catholic.
                                      
    SURVIVORS: Parents, Lupe and Mary Tavarez of Fort Stockton; sisters,
   Ruth Aguirre and Pamela Tavarez, both of Fort Stockton; and brothers,
   David Moreno and Daniel Moreno, both of Austin, and Ernest Tavarez of
                               Fort Stockton.
                                      
                               Nadine Walker
                                      
     ODESSA Nadine Louise Walker, 36, of Odessa, an employee of Nurses
      Unlimited, died Sunday, July 30, 2000, at Deerings Nursing Home.
                                      
   Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery with
      the Rev. Patrosky Anderson officiating. Arrangements by Martinez
                               Funeral Home.
                                      
                              She was Baptist.
                                      
    SURVIVORS: Willie Jean Anderson, Patrosky Anderson, Linda Edmiston,
               Etta Durham and JoAnn Greeslin, all of Odessa.
