Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Phoenix, Ariz. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Robert Dillard ANDREWS Robert Samuel "Bob" Dillard Jr., 79, of Andrews, a retired employee of Phillips Oil Company, died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Andrews Church of Christ with Dyrel Collins and John Snider officiating. Burial will be at the Andrews Old Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. He was born in Coryell County and was a longtime resident of Andrews. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Church of Christ.
