Edgar Garrett ODESSA Edgar Jackson Garrett, 76, of Odessa, a retired welder, died Monday, Aug. 21, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born in Murdock, Ill., and had been a resident of Odessa since 1974. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
