Charles Ray Kinney, 45, of Satanta, Kan., a U.S. Army veteran, died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000, in Sublette, Kan. Military graveside services by Bravo Company First Engineer Battalion of Fort Riley, Kan., will be at 1 p.m. today at Dudley Township Cemetery with David Erwin officiating.
