He was born in Stephenville and had been a resident of Odessa before moving to Ruidoso. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Cynthia Crenshaw of Lancaster; father, John L. Bruton of Weatherford; and sister, Maxine Richardson of Weatherford. Alfredo Fierro ALPINE Alfredo "Fidie" D. Fierro, 63, of Alpine, a truck driver for the city of Alpine, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2000, in Alpine. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Rick Ruiz officiating. Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at the church. Burial will be at Holy Angels Cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home. He was born in Alpine and had been a lifelong resident. He was an Army veteran. He was Catholic.
