Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Parker Heights Christian Church. Arrange-ments by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born in Center and moved to Odessa in 1946. She was Episcopalian. Seberiano Olivas PECOS Seberiano Olivas, 93, of Barstow, a retired laborer, died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000, at Pecos Nursing Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church with the Rev. Mike Alcuino officiating. Burial will be at Barstow Cemetery. Arrange-ments by Pecos Funeral Home. He was born in Paloma, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was Catholic.
