November 03, 2000 Tommy Cathey ANDREWS Tommy Wayne Cathey, 69, of Andrews, a retired employee of Wharton Drilling Co., died Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center Lakeside in Lubbock. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Carl Hopkins and John McQueen officiating. Burial will be at the Andrews North Cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. He was born in Gustine and had been a resident of Seagraves before moving to Andrews in 1958. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Wilma Cathey of Andrews; son, Huck Cathey of Andrews; daughters, Cheryl Veretto and Sharon Warnick, both of Andrews; brothers, Bobby Cathey of Hamilton, Jimmy Cathey of Eldorado and Billy Joe Cathey of Carlsbad, N.M.; sisters, Buna Nell Stewart of Seminole, Tommie Radford of Hamilton, Robbie Ribble of Indiana and Martha Massingill of Waco; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Cleddie Ryan ODESSA Cleddie Charley Ryan, 86, of Odessa, a retired employee of Helmric and Payne Oil Co., died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Ector County Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Witherspoon officiating. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. He was born in Spring Town and had been a resident of Iraan before moving to Odessa in 1979. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Son, C.V.
