He was born in Mountain View, Ark., and moved to Andrews from Bull Head City, Ariz., in 1989. He was Methodist. William Hofer ODESSA William Ernest Hofer, 78, of Odessa, a retired employee of Classic Car Restoration, died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2000, in Odessa.
