Bill Howell CISCO Bill Qualls Howell, 86, of Cisco, a retired clerk at JC Penneys Department Store in Cisco, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2000, at Eastland Memorial Hospital in Cisco. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Benny Hagan officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Kimbrough Funeral Home. She was born in Cisco. She was Baptist. Charles Mason ODESSA Charles Kenneth Mason, 70, of Odessa, a retired employee of Texas Instruments, died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2000, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Steve Trout officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Big Spring and moved to Odessa from Garland in 1998. He was an Air Force veteran. He was Methodist.
