Services are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Mike died Wednesday evening of heart failure. Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Alice Denman. Mike is survived by his wife of 33 years, Beverly Bea; father, Cole Frank Denman, Jr.; brother, Richard E. Denman and wife Sandy of Corpus Christi; sister Rolynda Kay Decuir and husband Alex of San Angelo; sons, Michael Jr. and Christopher Cole; and daughter, Allyson Ann. Mike Denmans extended family consisted of a son-in-law, Jason Richardson; granddaughters, Autumn and Emylee; daughter-in-law, Dina Denman; and future daughter-in-law, Christi Bergh. Mike was a son, a husband, a father and a friend to many. He touched, very dearly, the lives of everyone he knew. My father fought the laws of nature by surviving four heart surgeries, three children and living to the young age of 57. We will never forget the things he taught us, the things he did and the love we shared. The most courageous thing Dad ever did was to stand by my mother through her battle with Parkinsons Disease. That alone defines who Mike Denman was. Thanks Dad, we will always miss you. Chris Denman. _________________________________________________________________ May Waite ODESSA Memorial services for May Waite, 65, of Odessa, are scheduled for 3 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
