December 03, 2000 Permian Basin Obituaries _________________________________________________________________ ODESSA Aurelia DeHay, 78, of Odessa, passed away Saturday, Dec. 2, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital after a short illness. She was born April 23, 1922 near Casper, Wyo. She married C.C. DeHay in Odessa on Nov. 1, 1963. She retired on March 31, 1994 after working for Doctors Payne and Zeeck of Permian Basin Orthopedic for 31 years. She was a member of Eisenhower Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, C.C. DeHay of Odessa; son, Ken Stewart of Uvalde; three grandsons, Barry Stewart of Denver, Colo., Stephen Stewart of San Angelo, and Jeffery Stewart of Lubbock; four great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson, half-brother, Henry Labban of Washington. She had five stepgrandchildren and seven stepgreat-granchildren. Services are entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home and will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Eisenhower Church of Christ with Bill Love officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Garden. _________________________________________________________________ ODESSA Services for Nina Robbins Eaves, 85, of Odessa are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at the Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with Terry Wright officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Eaves died Friday, Dec. 1, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born July 28, 1915, in Woodville, Okla. She married R.C. Eaves on March 9, 1937 in Madil, Okla. He died Dec. 17, 1991. Mrs. Eaves was a retired employee of the state of Texas. She was a member and past worthy matron of O.E.S. Floyd Easterling Chapter and a past noble grandmother of the Rebekka Lodge. She also was a member of the Westover Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Fern Stark and her husband, Robert, and Illa Fitzgerald and her husband, James R. Sr., all of Odessa; sister, Ethel Upchurch of Weatherford; sister-in-law, Effie Fraker of Electra; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. _________________________________________________________________ ODESSA Services for Robert Graham Scholl, 52, of Odessa were scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jack Watkins officiating. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Dr. Scholl died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born Sept. 7, 1948, in Allentown, Penn. He moved to Odessa in 1983 from Fort Worth. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He was also an accomplished drummer. His father, Joseph Scholl, preceded him in death in 1989. He is survived by his mother, Mary Scholl; aunt, Marjorie Baker of Memphis, Tenn.; and multiple cousins, Charles Pace and Rita Evans, Tammy and Terry Crouch, Beverly and Kelly Evans and Robbie and Wayne Maass, all of Odessa, July Bently of Austin, Steve Graham of Dallas, Charlie Graham of Midland, Jan Vaughn of Weatherford, Bob Graham of Dallas, Georgia Wohlforth, Mike Baker and June McClellan, all of Memphis, Tenn. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. _________________________________________________________________ ODESSA Debra White, 44, of Odessa died Friday, Dec. 1, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born March 1, 1956, in Andrews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000, at the Frank W. Wilson Chapel with Odessa Police Chaplain Kyle Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow at Andrews North Cemetery in Andrews. Mrs. White graduated from Andrews High School in 1974 and attended Odessa College and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She moved to Odessa in 1989. Mrs. White was employed by the Odessa Police Department as a clerk. She was a member of the Sociology Club of Odessa. She was Baptist. Survivors include her sons, Jason Lowe and Shawn Lowe, both of Odessa; husband, Dale Lowe of Odessa; parents, Orivil and Jackie White of Noodle; brother, Steve White of Noodle; sisters, Cynthia Jackson of May and Judy Johnson of Roscoe; several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
